The site is filed two ways. Categories say where a piece of writing came from and are article-only. Tags say what something is about, and belong to everything — an article, a role, a degree, a site I built, a piece I arranged.

That is the point of having one list rather than five. Options pricing reaches the articles on it, the roles where I priced them, and the two qualifications behind both. University of Sydney reaches a 1987 thesis, the degree, and the site I still keep for the honours year it came from.

The list is closed and the build enforces it. A tag that is not on it fails the build naming the file, which is deliberate: a reworded synonym does not degrade gracefully, it quietly splits a subject across two pages that each claim to be the whole of it. That is not hypothetical — IT strategy and Technology strategy had drifted apart across two roles at the same bank before the list was closed.
