• Enterprise architecture within Technology & Data Solutions, improving enterprise coherence across federated business domains while enabling faster, safer delivery through reusable architecture services, live architecture repositories, governed AI patterns and measurable architecture value.
• Developed enterprise architecture service models, reusable architecture deliverables and assurance practices across advisory, planning and solution architecture services.
• Designed the EA metrics framework and LeanIX-based executive reporting approach to measure architecture value, repository health, strategic alignment, technology risk, technical debt and governance effectiveness.
• Shaped the AI architecture strategy and AI Reference Architecture, defining federated AI ecosystem patterns, enterprise AI principles, agentic AI guardrails and deployment options aligned to governance, privacy, security and interoperability needs.
• Created enterprise guidelines for WalkMe as the Digital Adoption Platform, defining governance, privacy, identity, content ownership and federated operating model controls for internal enterprise applications.
• Embedded LeanIX into the federated architecture governance model, shifting practice from static document reviews to live fact-sheet-driven governance, metrics, decision evidence and portfolio transparency.

Architecture practice

• Defined an architecture service catalogue spanning strategic consulting, business and technology roadmaps, enterprise guidelines, proposal assessment, solution architecture, options analysis and architecture assurance.
• Established reusable deliverables including strategic architecture roadmaps, capability maturity assessments, reference architecture libraries, solution architecture blueprints, integration design specifications, decision support matrices and assurance reports.

Architecture metrics

• Mapped metrics to strategic priorities and executive reporting: repository completeness, strategic initiative coverage, application rationalisation, technology obsolescence risk, technical debt remediation, federated decision ratio, decision velocity, assurance coverage and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Defined a phased dashboard roadmap taking cumulative coverage from 6 of 19 metrics to 13, then to all 19, with increasing integration across Jira, HR, Finance, ADR and survey processes.

AI architecture

• Produced an AI Reference Architecture of modular building blocks, principles, patterns, guardrails and guidelines, balancing enterprise coherence with domain agility across multiple deployment options.
• Established an AI pattern taxonomy spanning foundational, contextual and agentic patterns, from AI model access and AI-native DevOps through to personal agents, agentic process automation and external-facing agents.
• Defined architecture controls for agentic AI including unique agent identity, least privilege, lifecycle controls, data and model governance, monitoring and observability, human oversight and audit evidence, aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 23894.

Digital adoption

• Positioned WalkMe as a governed enterprise platform to accelerate adoption of growth-enabling systems such as Salesforce and SAP, with guardrails covering business process ownership of content, certified content builders, SailPoint integration, SSO alignment, Privacy Impact Assessment requirements and PII masking.
