After a string of heavy meals, we decided to detox today with a vegan poke bowl. The ingredients are:
- coriander
- avocado
- daikon
- carrot
- cucumber
- rice
- vegan braised tofu (mì căn khìa)
- roasted sesame
- furikake
- Japanese soy and apple cider dressing
