Screenshots

Photographed off a working machine, not mocked up.

The ipnx DMD 5620 window: green phosphor text on black showing a login as christie, the welcome message, a fortune, and the output of ipnxfetch reporting ipnx Edition 8 Release 1.0 on an emulated VAX-11/780 with 8128 KiB of memory.
The DMD 5620 at a shell. The window is locked to the terminal's own 800×1024 portrait shape; the toolbar carries the mouse-button hints, the pointer grab and a BREAK key, because a real 5620 had one and Research Unix expects it.

More to come

mux with a layer swept open, andjim editing inside it, are the two pictures this page most wants and does not yet have — both need a mouse in a human hand, and a screenshot of them faked from anything else would be worth nothing. They will appear here once taken properly.

In the meantime, the manual describes exactly what to do, and it takes about a minute on your own machine.
